Bar Manager

Olivia Cocktail & Oyster Bar is hiring an experienced bar manager.

Candidate must be able to provide kind, warm & welcoming elevated service

You will be responsible for bar operations including but not limited to providing direction, training and coaching bar staff while maintaining brand standards, policies and procedures.

Ideal candidate will have:

2 years of restaurant bar management experience

Full Service bar experience

A proven track record of achieving results and building a winning team

general knowledge of operational procedures and shift positions

Experience managing and training hourly team members
