music venue hiring line cooks

Brooklyn Bowl Nashville is looking for part-time employees to work as Line Cooks. Hours will vary week to week.

Starting at $20 per hour

Qualifications:

Experience with quantity food preparation- preferred

Ability to follow established menus and recipes

Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements

ServSafe certification a plus

Availability to work all shifts, during weekends and evenings

· PM start time between 4pm - 6pm

· AM start time between 10am - 12pm when applicable

Working Environment

Will be pushing/pulling up to 150lbs

Will be lifting up to 70lbs

Line Cooks are in stationary position over hot stoves and grills

Fast-paced and loud
