Cafe Roze is looking for an experienced full time floor manager. Looking for highly motivated and positive individual to help lead our team. Management experience and wine knowledge would be preferred. Competitive pay and benefits are offered. Cafe Roze is a high volume all-day cafe located in East Nashville, focusing on cocktails, wine, and incredible food! As floor manager, the individual will undertake all necessary duties as are generally performed by individuals who are employed in such capacity. This includes but is not limited to:- Oversee day to day operations on the floor and make sure that service and staff are operating at their best. - Drive sales through maximizing reservations, coach and mentor staff, observe and analyze challenges in service and present solutions. Coordinate restaurant operations during each shift- Monitor adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards in kitchen, restaurant and bar- Ensure alcohol regulations are adhered to standards- Critical thinking and troubleshooting is a must. Ability to come up with innovativebut practical solutions to problems encountered and a proactive approach toanticipate future challenges.- Interact with guests to ensure all inquiries and complaints are handled promptly- Ensure cash management procedures are completed accurately- Oversee service of all guests in the restaurant and assist in managing the expedient delivery of food and beverageQualifications:2 years restaurant management experience.Effective communicator Proven leader demonstrating accountability and reliability TABC CertificationWhat We Offer You: Competitive pay Medical/Dental/Vision Coverage Career Advancement Opportunities
