What you’ll do:Run the full class experience: ingredient purchasing, setup, instruction, and cleanupCreate a fun, beginner-friendly, interactive learning environmentKeep high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and organizationRepresent CocuSocial professionally and deliver great guest experiencesClass concepts we’re seeking: Handmade pasta, sushi, Neapolitan or artisan pizza, dumplings, Pad Thai, paella, street tacos, empanadas, French pastry and choux, cheese making, mixology, and wine tasting.
