Analytical analysis and testing:Independently write, conduct, review, and report scientific inquiriesTroubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain instrumentationAssist with test method development and validation effortsEnsure adherence to highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operationsPerforming pH and OV testingFoster morale and teamworkAttend meetings with client along with group leader or when group leader is absentKeep group leader informed on critical issues in the lab.Communicate with other labs, client, and management when group leader is out of officeBe the “go to person” in the lab when Group leader is out of officeComplete QC chartingMonitor BacklogSupport group leader in organizing testing, scheduling and planning and ensuring testing is completed within TATBe available to group to support group leader with special and high volume projects
