Tennessee, Nashville, 37201 Nashville USADescription Our client is seeking a Paralegal with strong contracts experience to join their commercial real estate team. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, this role involves managing and administering contracts, with a focus on meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive knowledge of contract law. Conduct comprehensive legal and factual research, identifying pertinent judicial decisions, statutes, legal articles, codes, and other relevant materials. Manage the process of membership renewal, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards. Prepare, cross-check and validate new membership and expo-sponsor agreements, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Draft various legal documents, including agreements, contracts, default letters and legal memoranda, with an emphasis on precision and clarity. Organize, track and maintain case files, databases, and law library, facilitating easy access and retrieval of information. Monitor and review new and updated laws and regulations relevant to the real estate industry. Respond to inquiries and requests for information concerning the Legal Department. Work closely with trade mark attorneys regarding the service mark and domain name. Check and edit legal forms and documents for accuracy, ensuring all information aligns with legal requirements. Help prepare legal arguments, applications, declarations and motions, contributing to the legal strategy of the team.Requirements Proficiency in Commercial Real Estate is preferred. Experience as a Corporate Paralegal is vital for this role. Must be skilled in Contract Administration. Knowledge and understanding of Contract Law is required. The candidate should have experience in Contract Management. Contract Negotiation skills are essential. Familiarity with Contract Renewals is necessary for this role. Understanding of Contract Terms is a requirement. Experience with Lease Contracts is essential. The candidate must have dealt with Legal Contracts in their previous roles. Experience with Real Estate Contracts is required.
