Requisition Number: 189450Job DescriptionCintas is seeking a Route Check-In Coordinator to manage inventory levels, control material cost, verify billing and collections and ensure the accurate delivery of products to our customers. Responsibilities include reviewing the paperwork and account information of each Route Service Sales Representative (Route Driver) on return from route each day to ensure accuracy and consistent customer relations; working daily and closely with RSSRs and members of management to achieve goals set in the areas mentioned; supporting the Service Department by making special customer delivery requests that are not part of the normal delivery schedule; acting as a "floater" in the Service Department; and to occasionally cover open routes during vacation and holiday schedules, which will include driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations and lifting, carrying and walking clean products into and soiled products out of customer accounts.Skills/QualificationsRequired

High School Diploma/GED

Valid driver's license

Preferred

Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry

Training, instructor or management/leadership experience

Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
