Assists in supporting, designing, development and/or implementation phase of data-related solutions for small projects under the guidance of senior team members. Participates in DB design decisions to be support reporting needs. Develops reports and assists with diagnosis and correction of data abnormalities through sustainable means.ResponsibilitiesThe Data Measurement and Reporting Lead Analyst will play an important role in the development and support of key data-related deliverables within the Medicare Technology Operations team, including but not limited to, a data lake that interfaces with various systems, like ServiceNow, and IT service operations insights and reporting, mostly driven out of Tableau. He or she will also be responsible for working with others on the team using best practices and standards to ensure consistent reporting designs, and simplified data designs.Job Duties
Collaborate with cross-functional team to build out a new, multi-purpose data lake
Collaborate with team members to establish consistent reporting standards
Support data anomaly detection by rooting out data issues and collaborating on ways to improve data at the source
Build reports in Tableau and/or ServiceNow that are executive-level quality based on requirements given
Skills
Strong proficiency in Tableau
Strong proficiency in SQL querying and scripting
Understand Relational databases
Familiar with ServiceNow reporting and/or IT Service Management reporting
Python coding a plus
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative, team-orientated attitude are required
