Apply Today!Job Summary and QualificationsPosition SummaryThis position will be responsible for managing all stateside ITG financial and business operation duties to support the ITG capability center in the GCN. This will include coordinating with the GCN CFO, India finance team, HCA Tax, Accounting, Reimbursement and Treasury. This role involves managing ITG financial and business operations, and supporting strategic financial planning for the ITG capability.Major Responsibilities: Creates and manages IT tool usage for all GCN employees and responsible to bill from US to India in accordance with HCA tax rules. Creates and manages monthly billing from India to US in accordance with HCA Tax and Financial Reporting. Responsible for working with the HCA India team on billing discrepancies and Responsible for maintaining the GCN ITG employee roster and bill rates for Planview costing and position control. Liaison with ITG GCN Leaders and ITG Resource Operations Collaborates with ITG Vice Presidents, AVPs, Directors, and HR supporting monthly billing, projections, and budget Responsible for tracking ITG cost savings and avoidance related to the GCN Responsible for communication to other ITG Dept and Portfolio Controllers and leaders regarding GCN process, billing, projections, and budgets. Works closely with HCA Treasury for GCN billing and reimbursement Works closely with the ITG contracts and vendor management teams on IT Purchase orders One point of contact in ITG Finance for all things GCN Understands the GCN operations and will attend meetings and lead conversations about the GCN Be available during non-standard working hours for meetings, conversations pertaining to the GCNOperations Develops relationships as needed to execute financial operations Develops an understanding of the ITG culture, acronyms and language to communicate with ITG leadership Navigates sociopolitical pressures within broader organization Researches to understand software and hardware companies, projects, and solutionsLeadership Performs other duties as assigned Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement.”Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree required Master's degree preferred Less than 1 year of experience in a leadership role preferred 5+ years of experience in a financial role preferred 3+ years of experience in HCA ITG preferredOr equivalent combination of education and/or experienceLicenses, Certifications, & Training: Certified Public Accountant preferredKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, Behaviors Required: Service and Quality Excellence: Ability to demonstrate an uncompromising commitment to delivering exceptional care to create an unmatched value proposition for our patients.
