Tennessee, Nashville, 37201 Nashville USADescription We are offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR Generalist in Nashville, Tennessee. This role will play a crucial part in our company's HR initiatives by administering employee programs and managing employment data. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling employee relations and HRIS administration tasks. This role will be based in a hybrid office environment.Responsibilities: Act as a key liaison for employee concerns and work in collaboration with management to address issues in compliance with company policies and employment laws. Coordinate and execute employee development plans and performance management strategies. Administer HRIS including compensation, performance management, and unemployment processing. Generate reports related to compensation, performance management, unemployment, and other HR-related metrics. Support HR department goals and objectives by developing and maintaining employee programs. Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations when necessary, and provide appropriate resolutions. Communicate effectively in both written and verbal form, ensuring all work outcomes meet or exceed productivity and quality standards. Work independently and cooperatively in a team environment, adhering to company and department policies and procedures. Provide training to employees on various topics as per the company's requirements. Perform other projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. Requirements Proven experience in a similar role such as HR Generalist or related HR roles. Solid understanding and hands-on experience in Employee Relations. Ability to conduct thorough investigations related to employee issues and conflicts. Experience in developing and implementing employee training programs. Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle data with confidentiality. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HRIS systems. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification would be a plus. Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. High level of professionalism and integrity. Excellent decision-making skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
