Phone Pharmacy Technician

THIS POSITION WILL BE STARTING NOVEMBER 11th Pay: $20-$24/hr Job Description:

Inbound and Outbound phone calls to customers and doctors

30-50 calls per day

Confirming prescriptions

Answering questions about prescriptions

Entering prescriptions into database

Will work on a scripted outbound dialer

Shift:Monday-Friday 10:30am-7pm Skills:Pharmacy, Cpht, Pharmacy technician certification, PTCB, Prior authorization, Retail pharmacy, Call center, Pharmacy support, customer service call center, outbound phone calls, Health care, Insurance billing, Customer service, Pharmacy technician license, data entry, pharmacy technician certificate, insuranceAdditional Skills & Qualifications:

Need to have State of TN Pharmacy Technician license

1-2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience

comfortable with change

insurance verification experience

comfortable being on the phones
