Contracts Operations Manager:The Contracts Operations Manager will manage, direct and prioritize daily activities of an operations team. Facilitate and implement objectives and goals that support Customer Service and Operations.Your role:

Assist director in all aspects of organizational objectives and support, including team morale

Ensure objectives are met, balancing the needs of the business and the team, escalating as needed to remove barriers

Utilize leadership skills to assist the team with navigation of daily workflow and problem solving, escalating issues and pulling in additional resources as needed to remove roadblocks in the process

Participate in departmental goal planning and lead goal setting for direct reports

Hire, motivate, mentor, develop and retain excellent talent

Provide timely feedback, coaching and direction to staff

Ensure team compliance with SOX controls and provide data for audit requirements

You're the right fit if:

You have a Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience

You've 4+ years experience in a Customer Service Operations environment, with emphasis on sales support for order intake and revenue

2+ years people management experience, with clear competency in leading, building and motivating a team.

Your skills include strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to impact and influence key stakeholders

You have a passion for customer experience, operational excellence and continuous development

You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remoteposition.
