We are looking for a dedicated HR Project Manager Mergers Acquisitions like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsAs the Project Manager Mergers & Acquisitions, you will improve project performance; use/develop detailed project plans, as well as other standard project management tools/techniques. You will identify, analyze, and resolve project support deficiencies; recommend corrective actions as necessary. You will communicate project status & return on investment to management. In addition, you will align and integrate processes and tools with other team members.Job Responsibilities include:
Develop and retain key relationships with all parties involved in acquisition and employee onboarding including oversight of functional areas that support the deal including operations and functional areas including payroll, compensation, benefits, etc.
Define requirements, manage priorities, and ensure effective functioning of projects.
Gather, compile, and audit employee data files, interfacing with multiple support partners and vendors, and serve as key leader in acquisitions
Work directly with HR Business Partners, Corporate Benefits, Corporate Compensation and Corporate HRIS team, to ensure employees associated with acquisitions are on-boarded appropriately in GHR/ Lawson per guidelines and deal purchase agreements
Work directly with third party vendor to ensure employees associated with acquisitions have met onboarding requirements (background check and drug screens)
Perform HR diligence and assess compliance; and understand the legal documents associated with deals – letters of intent, purchase agreement, employment terms, contracts, HR financial aspects – to support the development and legal teams/ process
Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong working relationships within HR Organization and ensure a clear understanding of operational objectives relative to projects
Respond appropriately to time sensitive HR issues
Be proactive in learning about the requirements of each deal, and then be proactive with key partners to anticipate gaps and ensure key responsible party is engaged appropriately
Develop and educate Division HR VPs and the incoming HR teams on the HCA acquisition process
Develop and maintain detailed project implementation plans; act as a resource for project members
Coordinates and/or directs the activities of project team members
Provide timely and accurate updates to all project related documents and facilitate project meetings
May have some budget responsibility
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
What qualifications you will need:
Bachelors Degree is required
1+ years of experience in HR is preferred
3+ years of experience in Relevant work experience is required
Advanced data skills in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, lookups, VBA, and macros is required
Attention to detail; highly organized is required
Deep understanding and knowledge of HR systems and dependencies is preferred
Understanding of employment agreements and key compliance requirements pertaining to acquisitions is preferred
Previous Business Partner experience is preferred
Ability to deescalate conflicts to work towards solutions is preferred
Clear understanding of Physicians Services’ business and structure is preferred
