As an associate with Ascension- Saint Thomas, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and manage relationships with emergency medical services providers and Independent Hospitals.

Paramedic or RN license in TN preferred

Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics.ResponsibilitiesDevelop physician referrals through marketing of the organization's services and specialists to primary care physicians and partner facilities.

Identify and help to develop strategic relationships with the physician community and partner facilities.

Work with service line leadership to implement marketing initiatives for pipeline development of referring physicians.

Identify physician's needs and offer solutions including educational opportunities, practice services and patient-based services.

Organize the preparation of proposals and presentations to create a brand and services awareness.

Track marketing initiatives and prepare status reports for service line leadership review.

RequirementsEducation:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
