Finishing Assistant - 3rd Shift

The Role:We are looking for a mechanically inclined Finishing Assistant who takes ownership of technology to meet production goals. You will thrive here if you are a "fixer" who wants to understand how machines work and takes pride in high-quality, "zero-defect" results.Your Day-to-Day:Machine Operation: Perform routine set-ups, changeovers, and monitor machine performance to ensure products meet exact specifications.Problem Solving: Troubleshoot malfunctions to find root causes rather than "band-aid" fixes.Data Integrity: Accurately record operating data and downtime using computer applications (MFG Pro).Collaboration: Work with your team to improve safety, quality, and 5S standards.
