Looking for licensed plumber for manager/qualifier or work $50k+ (Memphis)

We are looking for a licensed plumber for two commercial (motel) renovation project with the following options:

- Apply for the plumbing permit under its own company and managing skilled journeyman plumbers on the project. Minimum of $250,000 monetary limit required.

- Qualify our company in Tennessee and managing skilled journeyman plumbers.

- Bid the whole job for labor (material by owner). Minimum of $250,000 monetary limit required.

Compensation based on agreement.
