Sub Contractors Needed - Commercial Janitorial

Stockton Maintenance Group is seeking reliable, skilled, and experienced Sub Contractors to join our rapidly growing organization. Sub Contractors will provide Janitorial Services for multiple locations in Memphis, TN and surrounding cities, provide his own employees and ensure all location receive janitorial service according to scope of work. The locations are to be service in the evenings, after closing hours. The subcontractor will provide Proof of Tennessee State registration and insurance are required.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of janitorial experience

- Pass a background check

- Flexible availability, including weekends

- Authorized to work in the US

- Valid Driver's License

- Willingness to travel

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional cleaning services locally, following the Scope of Work

- Discuss pay during the interview

Experience:

- 2+ years in a cleaning supervisory role

- Janitorial/Maintenance knowledge preferred

- Flexible hours (2nd Shift)

- Ability to clean and assist the crew as needed

- Proficient in floor care techniques

- Reliable transportation for various account locations

- Excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills

- Effectively interpret and apply policies and procedures

- Successfully manage multiple duties

- Strong organizational skills

- Punctual with work schedule and report submissions

- Decisive with on-the-spot issue correction
