Essential Functions:

Searches for customer accounts, names, and addresses in customer management system. Executes search using search keywords and account phone number.

Assists team members with digital order inquiries and applications.

Communicates with internal customers to troubleshoot case inquiries and assists production with case inquiries.

Enters alphabetic and numeric data from source documents into order tracking system and other applicable systems.

Monitors digital case requests and inquiries in customer management system and emails to process requests timely and ensure proper routing.

Verifies digital prescription product and information such as implant material, system, and size.

Verifies case data accuracy including but not limited to account number, patient name or patient ID on Rx, product, and source system. Identifies and inputs data corrections when applicable.

Converts dental scans from one format to another as necessary.

Imports digital dental restoration cases into appropriate system.

Repairs CAD files that cannot be imported due to improper scans or return errors.

Processes digital orders upon receipt of electronic files via designated systems.

Reviews modeless scans for digital case systems via designated systems.

Generates computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) outputs for digital dental restoration cases.

Reviews dental restoration designs for possible milling issues. Determines suitability of digital design for milling.

Maintains knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); adheres to SOPs while executing duties.

Notifies Supervisor/Manager regarding issues with incoming orders. Asks questions to complete duties.

Understands production requirements and quality standards of position.

Utilizes initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines to ensure smooth operations.

Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Formal education in Information Technology or Dental Technology preferred.

Minimum one (1) year of experience with advanced order processing required.

Previous experience utilizing 3Shape, iTero, Sirona, CareStream, Medit, My Account, and/or Heron required.

Previous experience in a phone-based customer support role a plus.

Previous experience in dental industry a plus.

Pay rate: $17-18
