Fleet Manager

Description Robert Half is currently working with a client looking for an Office Manager. The Fleet Manager will manage everyday operations and efficiency. In this position you will be managing administrative staff, office supplies, as well as budgets and other accounting responsibilities. Do you have experience managing a wide variety of tasks? Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request

2+ years of office management experience

Solid knowledge of QuickBooks and payroll software applications

High school diploma or equivalent required (AA/AS preferred)

Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills

Proven ability to think critically and problem solve, and have a detail-oriented mindset

Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures preferred
