Hello, this job is full time, 40 plus hours.

Applicant needs to have one GOOD proficiency in one of these three: electrics, plumbing, carpentry and ability in all three.

It is important to hotel operations. It includes maintenance and repair of all elements of a hotel. Light renovating and remodeling. Cleaning grounds, corridors, parking lot, windows, maintaining PTAC units, doors, plumbing, running night laundry on busy days and overtime hours working on renovations. Also we have Cabins and Condo's . At times you will be driving the housekeeping to these properties and doing maintenance as well.

Pay starts at $13 PH or according to skills, plus Team Bonus that will average $60 to $120 per month plus 1 week paid time off after the first 12 months and will grow to 3 weeks over three years.

Healthcare available after 6 month probation. $150 per month contribution.
