MAINTENANCE POSITION AVAILABLE

Seeking Full Time Maintenance Person to work at a local apartment complex in Kingsport.

We are currently seeking a long term employee to fill our maintenance position. You will be preparing vacant apartments for new tenants and perform standard repairs to the apartments and grounds. Responsibilities include: Maintenance repairs to all vacant and occupied apartments. Must have basic carpentry skills which would include hanging sheetrock, painting of the interior, plumbing knowledge and laying carpet and vinyl.

Prior experience required in Maintenance.

Must have a truck for hauling materials.

Must be dependable, on time daily and have good work ethic.

Must be professional at all times with other employees and residents.

Must have valid driver’s license, high school diploma, problem solving skills and must be able to pass drug testing and background check.

Full-Time Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30.

Compensation depends on experience.
