Analyst II, Benefits

The purpose of this job is to provide daily support and assist in reviewing, proposing, and implementing a legally compliant benefits program.In this role you will: Support annual benefits strategy planning through benchmarking and market research.Provides trend analyses and recommends enhancements/changes to existing programs to ensure maximum efficiency and cost effectivenessResearch and analyze proposed benefit offerings and make recommendations based upon cost analysis and overall strategyConduct meetings and educational workshops to engage and inform our population and make meaningful impact to our overall health and well-being initiatives and strategyPerforms audits of benefit enrollments, contributions and related data to ensure accuracy, compliance and data integrityWorks collaboratively with our internal people analytics team to analyze trendsAssist with issue resolution, implementations, and ongoing program enhancements.Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and improve team member experience.Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest levelAssist in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including:ACAERISAHIPAACOBRA
