Contract Manager Execution

Provide commercial and contractual support for multiple projects (including international projects), coordinating with clients, partners, suppliers, and subcontractors.Support contract strategy, negotiations, and preparation of legally binding agreements in cooperation with sales and project teams.Manage contractual risks, claims, bonds, guarantees, insurance, and flow‑down of key terms to suppliers and subcontractors.Monitor budgets, payments, retentions, documentation, and contractual milestones, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.Prepare and defend claims, draft formal correspondence, develop risk mitigation strategies, and support training on contractual compliance.
