Garden/Yard worker. Plant Nursery Worker

I need to hire for my online plant retail business. Your main duties will be to take care of the inventory, and then package and ship out customer orders.

When that work is completed you will maintain the property and do any form of outdoor yardwork. It could be mowing, trimming, weeding, mulching, repairing a fence, moving rocks, moving dirt, etc. Basically any sort of outdoor yard maintenance.

Plant knowledge is a plus but not necessary, I will teach you. Knowing how to run yard equipment is a plus. Knowing how to maintain, repair, and take care of equipment is a big plus. But I need someone who is honest about their knowledge as I have had people before who are not. Be handy, know your way around a toolbox, have basic computer skills, be a fast and hard worker, have good communication, good attention to detail, and know how to follow directions. You should be in good health, able to lift 70 pounds, and have reliable transportation.

Most of the time you will work unsupervised so you need to be strongly self motivated, responsible, trustworthy, and reliable. This is a W2 job. Full time hours are available and I am looking for someone to can commit to this job through the end of the year, and if you work out I would want you back next year. As the business grows there is room to grow with the business. There is a long term plan in place.

Pay starts at $15 an hour, raises are at the ready for high performing employees, hours are flexible so long as work gets done, but most mornings are necessary for the customer shipping. Starting would be right away. Most of the time you will work outdoors, most of the time you will work alone.
