Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a CNA – Long Term Care to work at a facility in Tyndall , SD . These are registry positions with our company.Shift: 6:00pm – 6:00amRate: $29.00Description: This position is based in Tyndall , SD.It is a 13-week contract with the possibly of an extension based on demand, performance, and attendance. 40hrs weekly guaranteed. Shifts will consist of eves and nocs with rotating weekends. Must have state CNA license and BLS (AHA) to qualify.Job SummaryThis position helps residents by supporting personal hygiene and daily living needs; providing comfort, transportation and vital sign monitoring.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvides resident centered personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining vital signs, psychosocial supportand other personal cares. Assists residents with meals and snacks, provides water and supplements as appropriate. Provides a positive diningexperience. Assists residents in transferring, repositioning and walking using correct and appropriate transfer techniques and equipment;provides range of motion and passive exercise. Documents resident cares and behaviors according to Society policy, procedure and regulationsHandles and disposes of linens, soiled clothing or supplies properly; follows consistent hand washing and Personal Protective Equipment use.Basic Responsibilities:This position will be held accountable for complying with all related laws, regulations, company policies and procedures pertaining to his or herposition and for fulfilling his or her obligations under the organization's corporate compliance program.Other Duties:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that arerequired of the employee for this job.
