Your OpportunityAs our P&C Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting Project Sundial, providing specialist HR support to ensure the smooth transition of employees, systems and processes during a significant business transformation. You'll partner closely with leaders and employees while managing the practical execution of employee transition activities, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with employment obligations.You'll also make an impact by:Managing end-to-end employee transition activities including employment contracts, transfer documentation, payroll coordination, superannuation setup and onboarding activities.Leading consultation and communication activities to support the migration of employees onto Cuscal employment contracts and systems. Building trusted relationships with senior leaders, providing practical HR advice while ensuring employee changes are efficiently executed and documented.
