Our Corporate Receptionist role is able to contribute energy and positivityto an already established and high performing team working for this esteemed international client. You will contribute to our success byoverseeing seamless meeting room and booking coordination, incoming call management, event coordination usingspecific event management software, audio visual support, key & lock services, general administrative duties all the whilebeing the ultimate communicator to our guests and clients.

The role will be offered on a permanent full time basis working Monday to Friday, uniform provided.

This a perfect role for a committed, energetic and detail-oriented individual looking to create real value in a fast paced and highly rewarding corporateenvironment. You will have a professional and positive attitude,beadaptable to changing priorities, have intermediate administrative skills with Microsoft Office and event management software experience; along withexceptional attention to detail while looking to improve efficiencies.Previous experience as a Corporate Receptionist in a blue chipenvironment is necessary.
