As a Methods Technician you will be required to:Our Methods Technician instigates, calculates, designs and

monitors all foundry methods.Monitors, reports and recommends solutions on issues involving capacity constraints and excess capacityProvides technical advice and suggest improvements in quality systems and sample procedures.Delivers cost saving improvements across the plant, including; reduction of waste, improvements in casting yields, improvements in methoding systems and the introduction of new technologiesProviding technical assessments of foundry consumables.Ensuring method weights are up to date to deliver accurate casting weights.Continuously improves production routes
