Global Mobility Adviser (Inbound) - Brisbane South (Nathan) or Gold Coast

About the Opportunity The Global Mobility Adviser (Inbound) plays a key role in supporting Study Abroad and Exchange students throughout their mobility journey at Griffith, enabling them to successfully complete a non-award trimester or year-long study program. The role involves engaging with incoming students from pre-arrival through to program completion, while contributing to the promotion, administration and continuous improvement of inbound mobility programs.Key responsibilitiesProvide guidance and support to inbound Study Abroad and Exchange students considering non-award study opportunities at Griffith through a range of communication channels, working collaboratively with stakeholders to promote programs and increase student participation.Assist with the administration and processing of applications for inbound mobility for exchange and study abroad programs.Represent Griffith Global Mobility at events, information sessions, expos, Open Day and visits from partner institutions, agents and government delegates.Develop and maintain website content and support the creation of promotional materials to enhance student engagement and participation.Maintain accurate mobility data and records, and prepare reports and statistics as required.Keep current with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, University policies and emerging trends in international education and student mobility.About youWe are seeking a highly organised and student-focused professional who is passionate about international education and delivering exceptional service. This is a full time, continuing position and can be based at Griffith University Gold Coast or Brisbane South (Nathan) campuses. As Griffith is a multi-site university, you may be required to work across other locations.

HEW 5 – Base range salary - $82,415.66 - $92,456.55 +17% superannuation. Full package range - $96,426.31 - $108,174.16.
