Graduate Trainee

Robert Bosch (Pty) Ltd is looking for a recently qualified graduate to be mentored in Customer Supply Chain consultancy within the Mobility Aftermarket. The successful candidate will be mentored in the following areas: Managing customer orders: entry and follow-up (local and export)Handling and respond to all customer requestsFollow up back-orders and produce status reportsAutomotive telephone salesHandling very low-level technical enquiries on parts availabilityManage goods return process and credit requestsSupport sales and marketing in promotional activityData management (including electronic orders)Handle technical queries appropriately, including part number interpretationSupport supply chain consultants with Admin functionsRetrieve and communicate POD’s for all orders delivered
