As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of Tilda, supporting Managers, and delivering exceptional service and guest experiences.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to take the next step, take greater ownership on the floor and help bring out the best in the team.What you'll do:Lead the floor during services, setting the pace and standard for the front-of-house teamMentor and develop junior FOH staff, building a team that takes pride in the detailsOwn the guest experience- anticipating needs, resolving issues gracefully, and creating moments that bring people backSupport wine and beverage service, working closely with our sommelier teamPartner with the Restaurant Manager on rostering, stock, and day-to-day operationsChampion Tilda's standards of service, presentation, and hospitality culture
