Club Millesime Assistant Manager

As the Club Millesime Assistant Manager, you will play an essential role in demonstrating the “Passion for Excellence” through serving our guests with flair and professionalism, ensure all guests are provided with personalised service and embody the art of French hospitality through a “can do” attitude. Other duties include, but not limited to:Deliver a personalised and memorable service to Accor Platinum members and VIP guests.Support and lead the team of 20+ ambassadors.Ensure that the club is managed efficiently, providing courteous, professional and flexible service at all times.Support Club Manager to train, mentor and develop all Club ambassadors.Have full working knowledge to supervise and coordinate all duties and tasks.
