Description While this is a tech company and a technical team this specific role should really be more Customer Service focused individuals as their main job is answering the phone and creating tickets for the team to go in and complete. They will have light troubleshooting duties, but mainly need to be comfortable on the phone interacting with customers and taking notes on what the issue is for the rest of the team. Requirements Need to be customer facing.
