Ensure your team comprehensively understands the company's direction and their roles through effective utilization of the Policy Deployment process (mission, vision, safety, strategy, targets).

Develop and implement the Performance Management System for your teams, showcasing effective use of core competencies.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or G.E.D. required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Proven leadership experience.

- Extensive knowledge of the Paint production process.

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a team environment.

Availability to work any shift (including weekends, holidays, and overtime).

Ability to read and interpret manufacturing specifications or work instructions.

Basic Skills:

Ownership of 5S in area(s) of responsibility.

Process set up and utilization using Visual Management.

Demonstrated competencies in monitoring, coaching, and training Standardized Work.

Understanding of Andon, including its purpose and utilization.

Problem-solving ability with an improvement mindset and methods.
