Pipeline Opportunity: Real Estate Development Manager / Senior Project Manager

We are seeking Professional Project Managers at junior and senior levels to join our dynamic growing team in Johannesburg, over the next 6 months, and thus this is a pipeline role.The ideal individual should have a strong background in Project Management in the built environment, ideally in Real Estate and Infrastructure. Applicants should be hands-on professionals with strong technical knowledge and a proven track record in delivering successful construction projects.Key Responsibilities:Manage all phases of projects, from town planning, development co-ordination to final handover.Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.Collaborate with external professional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and quick resolution of issues.Monitor project performance, manage risks, and produce detailed reports and documentation.Maintain strong site presence to guide, support, and oversee project delivery on the ground.Pipeline Role: We are proactively building a talent pipeline for future opportunities.
