Maintenance Technician

The Greenville Housing Authority is currently looking to fill some open Maintenance Technician positions in the Greenville market.

Qualifications:

HVAC certified (or able to obtain within 6 months of hire)

Carpentry

Painting

Basic Electrical

Basic Plumbing

Grounds maintenance

Must be familiar with the turnover process, work order completion, etc. Previous multi-family experience is preferred but will consider candidates with prior construction or hotel maintenance experience.

Will be on-call during non-business hours on a rotating basis.

Must be able to pass a background check pre-employment. Must have a valid driver's license.
