Lake Crew

Full time lake crew position available. 40+ hours per week.

Job position pertains to going to different lakes and installing/repairing/servicing boat lifts.

Lake crew position pertains to all tasks that are involved in the installation and repair of boat lifts. These tasks include;

- drilling

- using an impact/wrench to bolt / unbolt

- ability to read a measuring tape

- work well with others and act professional in front of customers

- knowing fundamentals of boating (you'll learn how to drive a barge/boats if you don't know how)

- ability to swim and/or tread water

Lake teams can work longer hours and involve light to medium travel times to different lakes. Will be working outside on the water and riding from different job sites via barge/boat. Looking for individuals who have experience backing trailers, boating and working with their hands but no experience is needed if you're willing to learn a new trade. There's also days you might be inside working in the plant.
