Professional Remodeler

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various aspects of remodeling, including window & door installation, tile laying, drywall, drywall finishing, painting, roofing, hand tools, flooring, plumbing, decks, trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and more.

Responsibilities:

- Execute remodeling projects from start to finish according to specifications

- Install and repair glass windows and doors

- Lay tiles for floors and walls with precision

- Handle drywall installation and finishing

- Perform roofing tasks as needed

- Utilize hand tools proficiently for various tasks

- Conduct plumbing work related to remodeling projects

- Perform trim carpentry for a polished look

- Engage in frame carpentry for structural enhancements

Skills:

- Proven experience in window & door installation, tile laying, drywall work, roofing tasks, and hand tool operation and more.

- Strong understanding of construction inspection procedures

- Expertise in trim carpentry and frame carpentry techniques

Details:

-Must own basic tools (drill, hammer, tape measure, tool pouch, etc. ) and have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
