Skilled Property Manager

Seeking one reliable, motivated individual for the ongoing property maintenance for a number of commercial & residential properties. To be considered for the position, you must have a working knowledge/skills in the following areas:

Basic Electrical

Basic Plumbing

Light Carpentry

HVAC Maintenance & Repair

Painting & Staining

Landscaping Maintenance

Light Equipment Maintenance

Tree Removal & Disposal

Duties will be performed in accordance with a managed maintenance schedule and as needs arise.

This is a hands-on position and we are willing to pay a premium for the right person. Must be able to perform duties with a high degree of personal responsibility & minimal supervision.

Starting salary is $50,000.00 annually, with a 10% increase after a 180 day probationary period and an additional 10% at the one year mark. 50% paid major medical insurance & dental insurance.
