1- Experience with metal fabrication

2- Scheduling

3- Handle Safety measures at plant

4- Handle Equipment Maintenance

2- Able to use power tools, band saws

3- Able to read blue prints

4- Able to drive forklift

4- Organized and reliable.

5- Drug free
