Maintenance Tech

Duties

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems

- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues

- Fabricate parts as needed to repair or replace damaged components

- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment

- Assist with facilities maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

Requirements

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude

- Experience in facilities maintenance is preferred

- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals

- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems, including logic controllers

- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
