South Carolina, Greenville / upstate, 29601 Greenville / upstate USADescription We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in Greenville, South Carolina, within the Construction/Contractor industry. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling inbound calls, and maintaining precise data entry tasks. Responsibilities: Manage front desk operations ensuring efficient and smooth workflows Handle and direct all incoming calls professionally Enter data accurately into the computer system Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as necessary Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions Address customer complaints and escalate to management when necessary Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless operations Continuously update skills and knowledge to improve performance and efficiency Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers and colleagues. Requirements Must have experience in answering inbound calls in a professional manner. Proficiency in computer data entry and management is required. Strong skills in data entry and data organization are necessary. Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in the construction or contractor industry, would be advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Must have a good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices. Familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office) and equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers, etc.) is expected. Should demonstrate strong customer service skills and professional attitude at all times. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially is crucial. Should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
