Requirements:Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential. Previous experience in a call center or customer service and sales role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem- Olving abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in using computer software and willing to learn new applications. Key Responsibilities: Answering customer inquiries in English and Spanish via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional manner. Assisting customers with insurance- Related queries and providing accurate information. Managing and organizing customer records and documentation. Collaborating with the insurance team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Adhering to established protocols and guidelines for efficient customer service.
