Shoot and buck rivets to specifications

Recognize differences in types of metals including structural strength and thickness

Perform sheet metal bends to guidelines and specifications as dictated in normal aviation practices

Remove existing rivets from aircraft structure

Build components for aircraft applications using a variety of sheet metal materials

Perform repairs to the aircraft along with determine which repairs can or cannot be made

Read blueprints to ensure build and modification completion, follow both written and verbal instructions

Effectively document job completion paperwork

Performance Expectations:Individuals will be working in a heavy MRO environment and will be provided work orders each day. They are expected to perform the work in the designated time. Our client specifically is big on quality and they expect individuals to operate with this in mind but to also do the job right and minimize re-work.Work Environment:Individuals will be working in a hangar environment and will be in a MRO type environment. Our client has several heavy maintenance and modification. Individuals will work off the production schedule to include work cards where they will be required to complete work in a designated time frame.Work Schedule:Monday-Friday 7am-4pm with a 1hr lunch breakPerks of Contracting With Our Client:Great company culture - founded by two brothers and they treat our contractors like one of their own.
