This position's responsibilities include tracking direct payments, filing proof of claims, withdrawals and amended claims, trustee success, filing for unclaimed funds, and also serves as a liaison to the sellers, buyers, clients, and trustees.This is a 100% in office opportunity, located in Greenville, SC.What You Bring:

Bankruptcy knowledge preferred.

Possesses strong analytical skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL Server preferred.

Ability to understand and comprehend contracts and other legal documents.

The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines is a must. Must demonstrate this task in a previous position or assignment.

Detail oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills.

Associate in good standing.

1+ years in bankruptcy, operations and/or client services background required.

Strong work ethic and committed to company values.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
