Project Manager

SIMCO BP is seeking am experienced full time Project Manager to manage upcoming projects.

Contract management, oversee procurement of material, projections on scheduling, and adherence to job specifications.

Maintain a positive line of communication with the PM and the field superintendent.

Assist accounting and projections on billings.

Adhere to budgets when engaging with branches on production.

Manage all aspects of job.

Strong verbal skills and ability to collaborate with others in a deadline driven environment.

College degree is a strong plus, but 3-5 years experience will suffice.

Strong problem-solving skills a plus.

Effective time management skills a plus.
