Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/.As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of key Intelligent Automation (IA) initiatives. This role also offers a unique opportunity to shape the digital landscape and enhance the end-to-end Digital Talent expertise across our Innovative Medicine (IM) Quality organization.Responsibilities:

Lead the intake and execution governance of IA use cases, collaborating with IM Quality functions, Enterprise Quality, and Technology teams.

Establish a value realization tracking mechanism for IA initiatives to ensure sustainable business benefits and savings.

Socialize established IA use cases across IM Quality and enable further scaling globally.

Demonstrate a sense of urgency in delivering IA projects on time, budget, and realized value.

Develop a strategy for promoting the growth of digital skills within IM Quality, including implementing change management techniques and expanding the utilization of digital tools.

Leverage the IM Supply Chain Citizen Development model to embed key IM Quality personas and talent.

Launch and maintain a comprehensive SharePoint site for IM Quality Digital, incorporating regular newsletters and communications.

Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to foster professional growth and an inclusive culture.

Stay abreast of regulations and industry changes to influence and innovate processes and technologies.

Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

QualificationsEducation:

University / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required. An advanced degree such as an MBA or M.S. is preferred.

Experience and SkillsRequired:

Minimum of 10 years of related experience.

Quality experience in Pharmaceuticals and/or Medical Device.

Strong leadership ability, collaboration, interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.

Experience leading large-scale technology and business process transformation initiatives and developing change-management strategies.

Exposure to J&J IT systems, data sources, and analytics tools.

Experience with Cloud platforms and big data technologies.

Ability to cultivate a productive team environment, balance multiple assignments, and display flexibility.

Independently influence without authority.

Strong technical, planning, and execution capabilities.

Experience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence Tools, CPI, and/or certification is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision and maintain a positive attitude.

Other:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $142,000 to $244,950.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is, in the Bay Area, is $163,000 to $281,750

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.

Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.

Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
