Branch/Retail Banking Clerk

Description Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking a Banking Clerk. The Banking Clerk should have general knowledge of banking or financial services and previous customer service experience. This dynamic organization is open to entry level candidates who possess a desire to work as a Banking Clerk and excellent interpersonal skills. This Banking Clerk position could be the one for you if you have excellent customer service skills and strong data entry capabilities.How you will make an impact

Demonstrate exceptional customer service in a banking environment

Assist in cash management activities

Process customer transactions and verify personal and financial information

Handle basic data entry utilizing a customer relationship management (CRM) software

Handle all customer questions about loan products, bank accounts, and credit cards Requirements - 1+ year providing exemplary customer service

Exceptional organizational skills

High attention to detail

AA or BS/BA preferred
