REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):

• Three plus years of Microsoft 365 Administration including Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, InTune, Exchange, and Azure.
• Three plus years of Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP administration.
• Experience applying IRS SCSEMs to Windows 10 endpoints.
• Experience with PowerShell to write scripts to automate tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):• Knowledge and experience with Windows Server 2016/2019, Windows 10/11.• Ability to solve basic to moderate problems, and to apply critical thinking skills to fulfill needs or resolve problems.• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments independently.
  REQUIRED EDUCATION:BACHELORS IN IT, BUSINESS, OR EQUIVALENT WORK EXPERIENCE.
