Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. We work with many Fortune 500 Companies , and are in urgent need of remote workers to fill roles. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers.
- Communicate clearly in English or additional languages to assist our diverse customer base.
- Provide support to cater to a wide range of customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must have your own Laptop or Desktop ( Chromebooks and Macbooks are NOT acceptable)
- Must be 18 + years of age
- Background check is mandatory
